NON-TRANSFERABLE:

Membership benefits and entitlements are non-transferable and apply only to the subscriber named on the ADVOCATE CARD™. Identification may be required.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership without refund if you violate our Terms and Conditions, including engaging in prohibited conduct or misrepresenting affiliation with WOSMA.

REFUND POLICY:

Membership fees and donations are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing or required by applicable law.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@wosma.com. Cancellation will prevent future auto renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY 3RD PARTIES:

Roadside assistance and accidental death and dismemberment supplement are provided by 3rd parties.  WOSMA shall not be responsible for the service or level of service provided by 3rd parties.

REPRESENTATIONS:

WOSMA is not a club, nor does it sanction clubs. Organizing under the WOSMA banner without written consent is prohibited. Outlaw club affiliation or propaganda promotion under the WOSMA banner is grounds for membership termination.

RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

By joining, you acknowledge that participation in WOSMA activities is voluntary and at your own risk. You release WOSMA and its affiliates from liability for injury or property damage, including negligence (except willful neglect). You agree not to sue for any damages arising from WOSMA events.

TRADEMARKS:

All association names and logos are trademarks and may not be reproduced without permission.

AMENDMENTS:

Terms may be updated. Continued membership indicates acceptance of new terms.
